Your profile (name, email address, password, profile photo, two-factor settings), watchlist and watch plans, portfolio holdings and transactions, price & scan alerts, custom dashboards, activity history, notification preferences, and every signed-in session. Your email address is freed, so you can create a fresh account with it later.
Records of past subscription payments are retained for accounting and legal compliance, attached to an anonymized account stub that no longer contains your name, email or any other personal identifier. Nothing kept can be linked back to you. There is no additional retention period for personal data — it is removed at the moment you delete the account.

Fortune Teller (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides AI-assisted analytics for securities listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE). This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
We use your data to authenticate you, sync your watchlist across sessions, generate alerts for companies you follow, process payments and manage your subscription, and to maintain and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
Prices, announcements and fundamentals are sourced from publicly available Colombo Stock Exchange feeds. Fortune signals, conviction scores and forecasts are derived, informational estimates — they are not guarantees and not investment advice.
To keep you signed in, we store a session token in your browser’s local storage. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Clearing your browser storage signs you out.
Your watchlist persists until you remove an item or delete your account. Alerts are automatically deleted seven days after they are created, and you can dismiss them at any time.
We rely on a managed database provider to store account and watchlist data, and on the Colombo Stock Exchange for market data. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service. Payments on paid plans are handled by a third-party payment processor under its own terms and privacy policy; it receives the payment details needed to charge you, and we do not store your full card number. We may also disclose information where required by law, or in response to a valid legal request or order.
Passwords are hashed and access is gated by session tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
You can view, add to and remove items from your watchlist at any time, dismiss alerts, and request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the site administrator.

By accessing or using Fortune Teller — including browsing as a guest — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Fortune Teller provides market data, charts, corporate disclosures, and AI-generated signals, conviction scores and price forecasts for CSE-listed securities. Features may be added, changed or removed at any time, and some depend on third-party data and services that we do not control.
You may create an account with an email and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a paid plan. Provide accurate information, and use the service only where you are legally permitted to do so.
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the data or AI outputs are correct, complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortune Teller and its operators will not be liable for any investment losses or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service or its data and AI outputs.
Fortune Teller offers a free tier and paid Pro and Elite subscriptions, billed monthly or annually in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method until you cancel, and you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fee plus any taxes for each period. We may change plan prices or features on a forward-looking basis, with notice before the change affects a renewal. We may decline, cancel or reverse a transaction where we suspect fraud, error or misuse. You can cancel at any time; cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “Updated” date above, and your continued use means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, and you may stop using the service or delete your account whenever you like.
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Fortune Teller subscriptions. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
Fortune Teller offers a free tier plus paid Pro and Elite subscriptions, billed monthly or annually. This policy applies to those paid subscriptions. The free tier is, of course, free — there is nothing to refund.
If you are not happy with your first paid subscription, request a refund within 7 days of the initial charge and we will refund it in full and cancel the plan. This applies to your first purchase of a given plan; it does not apply to renewals or to repeat subscriptions after a refund.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and you will keep access until the end of the current billing period. Outside the 7-day guarantee, charges for the current and past months are non-refundable, and we do not pro-rate partial months.
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for twelve months and renew yearly until cancelled. The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first annual charge. After that window the annual fee is non-refundable, though you may cancel to stop the next renewal and keep access until the end of the paid year.
You can cancel from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund of an amount already charged. Your paid features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to the free tier.
Send a request through our Contact page using the email on your account, and tell us which charge you mean. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days depending on your bank or card provider. Refunds are made in the currency of the original charge (LKR).
Except where required by law or expressly stated above, the following are not refundable:
If you are billed twice for the same period, charged after a valid cancellation, or charged the wrong amount because of a technical or billing error, let us know and we will investigate and refund any verified error in full — regardless of the 7-day window.
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “Updated” date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Nothing here limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
